In recent news, Chris Klein, of American Pie fame, was arrested early Wednesday morning on suspicion of DUI. Police report that Klein was pulled over and arrested after failing a field sobriety test.
Klein, 31, reportedly had a blood alcohol content (BAC) over .20, far exceeding the legal limit in California of .08. He was booked for driving under the influence of alcohol and released without bail. There are no comments from his lawyer.
